Tiny Skills Tuesday🌱
Today’s tiny skill: learn, practice, or improve one simple homestead habit. Examples: pruning, meal prep, mending, watering, dough prep, seed starting, organizing supplies. 📣 What's yours going to be? 📣 🎯Today we have a day of appointments. So one thing I'm going to do is clean out my laundry area cabinets. That way I can store more essential things there. I'll post before and after when finished.

Well after our drive to and from and the appointments, the laundry room cabinets were a bust today. It was a long day and I was freezing from the cold that pushed in today. I will get to it tomorrow.

What Feels Hard Right Now? 🌿
When you can ask yourself the hard questions and know there is support out there gardening comes easier. One thing I struggle with is editing my garden. I have a hard time getting rid of plants that have reseeded themselves but once I get started my garden starts to breathe a sigh of relief. What is hard for you in the garden?
Plan Your Garden Consultation
I'm personally drawn to the cottage style garden. But there is something to symmetry and modern I like as well. What is your favorite?

Start Small Monday 🌿
A slower, more intentional life doesn’t begin with doing everything at once. It begins with one small step. So today, let’s set a gentle focus for the week: What is one small thing you can do this week to move your home, garden, kitchen, or handmade life forward? Maybe it’s watering your plants, pulling a few weeds, baking one simple recipe, mending something, planning a small space, clearing one corner, or finally starting the thing you’ve been thinking about. Small counts. Slow counts. Beginning again counts. Share your one small step below so we can cheer each other on this week. 🌿

I'm pulling grass from my front side bed because I will let that side bed go too long and I feel bad for my neighbor. Although, he’s been kind enough to share his dandelion seeds with me. 😆
