I wanted to share this with the Limitless Men community because this genuinely stirred something in me. I didn’t expect the emotional response I had watching it. At different moments I felt challenged, exposed, understood and strangely relieved. It made me think about how much we can carry as men without really acknowledging what is happening inside us. We learn how to keep moving. To provide. To solve problems. To be strong. To show up when people need us. But sometimes we become so good at carrying everything that we don’t actually give ourselves permission to feel it. This made me reflect on some of the things I’ve carried, emotions I’ve probably pushed down, and things I’m still learning about myself. I’m beginning to understand that becoming a stronger man doesn't mean becoming a man who feels less. Sometimes strength is having enough courage to actually face what is happening inside you. Find some quiet, listen properly and allow yourself to actually engage with what comes up.
