I am confused about all the different accounts creation/ claiming. I createda an youtube channel for my first artist, a tiktok and Instagram account. Do I need to create a spotify account? What do you guys mean by claiming your spotify artist and youtube channel? Am I missing a step of the process?

I’ve been using both DistroKid and Ditto Music for a while. I decided to try Ditto because I wanted to diversify and test another distribution service instead of relying on only one platform.
