Submitted an offer to a seller two days ago and now I’m waiting for him to decide if he’s going to accept it or not. When a seller takes their time to respond what does that mean? Investors what part of the process in a deal that’s challenging to you? It’s the waiting for me.
Hi all! My reason for wholesaling is for my daughter, to show her that she don't have to live paycheck to paycheck or have a college degree to be successful. I must succeed because I feel like I don't have a choice, no one is going to take care of me or my family but me. Being successful at wholesaling will give my family and I more time to enjoy each other instead of me working 10 hour days working for someone else. I would also be financially free and not have to worry about saving for the future or having to decide between paying bills and/or buying groceries and other necessities.
