๐จ ChatGPT just moved from "helper" to "hire." OpenAI dropped a new agent called ChatGPT Work on July 9. Look at the top of your screen. If you're on Pro, Enterprise, or Edu, you'll see a Chat/Work toggle. Plus and Business, it's coming your way in the next few days. Here's the difference: - Chat = quick answers, brainstorming, back and forth - Work = you hand it a goal, it hands you the finished product We're talking spreadsheets, decks, reports, documents, even interactive project trackers. It researches, pulls from your files and connected apps, and stays on a project for hours, checking in with you along the way instead of making you babysit every step. Real talk: this isn't new territory. Anthropic's Claude Cowork has been doing this exact "give me an outcome, not a prompt" move for months. What's new is OpenAI catching up and putting it in front of millions of everyday users. What this means for you: - The skill that matters now isn't typing better prompts. It's writing clear goals and deliverables. - If you haven't audited which parts of your business could be handed to an agent instead of a chat window, this week is a good week to start. - Don't panic if you don't see it yet. Staged rollouts are normal. You're not behind. This is exactly why we don't chase every shiny tool. We build the judgment to use whichever one shows up. Drop a ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ if you've got Work already, and tell me below: what's the first project you'd hand off?
