Nobody taught me this, so I learned it the hard way.
When I started, I priced based on ONE question: "What am I comfortable charging?" Wrong question. That question is about my fear, not the value I give. Here's the question that actually works: "What does it cost them to NOT have this?" If someone stays stuck for another month without your help — what does that cost them? Lost time, lost clients, lost momentum. That number is always bigger than what you're scared to charge. HOW I SET PRICE NOW: → I never talk price first. I talk about the exact pain they're in. → I let them feel what staying stuck costs them. → Only THEN do I bring up the number — and by then it feels small compared to the problem. → I never have one price. I have 3 options (small / medium / full) so people choose themselves instead of walking away. THE MISTAKE MOST BEGINNERS MAKE: Pricing low because they're scared of "no." But a low price doesn't get you more yeses — it gets you the WRONG clients who never value your work. What's stopping you from charging what you're actually worth right now? Tell me honestly below 👇

Lack of prospects
🔥 I just built a multi-store product listing automation — sharing the full breakdown with you all first.
WHAT IT IS: An n8n automation that takes one product row from a spreadsheet and lists it on Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon at the same time — no manual copy-pasting across platforms. WHY I BUILT IT: Because I was tired of watching people (and myself) type the same product title, price, and SKU into 3 different admin panels every single time — and always finding a typo in one of them later. HOW IT WORKS (full breakdown): → You add product details to a Google Sheet (name, price, description, SKU, stock) → The workflow validates it — no listing goes live with missing data → It uploads to Shopify, then WooCommerce, then Amazon, one after another → If any platform fails, it waits 30 seconds and retries — up to 5 times → You get an email either way: "all 3 live ✅" or exactly which platform broke and why THE RESULT: One spreadsheet row → three live listings. No manual re-entry, no mismatched prices across stores. Want me to build something like this for YOUR store? DM me — I'm taking on a few projects this month. What should I build next? Drop your ideas below 👇

📌 Video 3 is LIVE: Finding Problems Worth Solving**
I just dropped 22 minutes on the exact framework I use to spot automation opportunities that make money. Key takeaway: Not all problems are worth solving. Some = $100. Some = $5000. Here's how I tell the difference: **The 4-Step Validation:** 1️⃣ **Is it REAL?** Ask 5 people: "Do you have this problem?" If 3+ say yes → it's real. 2️⃣ **Is it URGENT?** "Would you pay $500/month to solve this?" If they hesitate → not urgent enough. 3️⃣ **Is it SOLVABLE?** Can automation handle 70%? If yes → build it. If it needs humans constantly → skip it. 4️⃣ **Is it REPEATING?** Weekly = worth it. Daily = DEFINITELY worth it. Once a quarter = don't bother. --- **Real example:** Client: "We spend 4 hours/day answering intake emails" That's 20 hrs/week = $4000/month value I charged $800/month ROI in 1 week ✅ This became Floxo. --- **What to do RIGHT NOW:** 1. Watch the video (link below) 2. Pick 1 industry you know 3. Ask 5 people in that industry ONE question: "What's annoying you about [process]?" 4. Write down the top 3 answers 5. Share in comments Which problems did you find? Let's validate together 👇 [https://youtu.be/ESlGeL_lkMQ?si=hrNCaK8C5iDQ8WHy]
