Hot Seat call today was 💥 long live Ozzy 🫆🦇🖤 I feel like you’re really blazing a trail Ang.
𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻: 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽
This week’s theme has been centering around “humanizing leadership” and learning to harmonize with technology and challenging work environments. This continues our overall theme of the “𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬” and how to deepen and connect to your true Self-Leadership. 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙎 𝙒𝙀𝙀𝙆’𝙎 𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙀𝙉𝙂𝙀: I invite you to reflect on a moment you felt overlooked, silenced, or replaced. Get ready to use that feeling as fuel to reclaim your Leadership Voice and hold the position of your Powerful Self. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀: 1. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹: Think and write about this prompt…. • “What moment made me feel replaceable? • “What part of me still believes that’s true?” • “What does my body feel like when I remember the feeling of being silenced or disregarded?” 2. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁: “What part(s) of me still carry the burden of this memory or feeling? 3. 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Record a 2-minute video or voice note to your future self, affirming your irreplaceable gifts, intuition, and humanity. 4. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 (𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹): Post your insight or video in the SKOOL group 𝗤𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: "𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥. 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵." Remember…none of us are in this alone. We ALL elevate when we share and engage!

@Ang Onorato trying to understand why my sovereignty/voicing angers some. Perhaps that vulnerability is triggering, but I have to move forward without stubborn closed behavior nonetheless remaining grounded.

In the past I have bent to accommodate what I may not understand, which has eroded my own sense of being. And thus, my influence because of frustration.
The Quiet Power of Your Leadership Voice
You Don’t Just Need a Resume. You Need a Voice. More than THAT, you need the "movie trailer" about who you are, how you guide your "heroes" and the "impact" and legacy you create! Let’s get real for a moment: 📌 The people making decisions about your future — getting hired, promotions, consulting assignments, board seats, funding — are not just looking at your past results. They’re feeling into your PRESENCE. Your STORY. Your VOICE. Only, they may not be verbally communicating that is that they are doing, but its what you need to communicate to THEM. Your Leadership Voice is not about speaking louder. It’s about standing out and communicating what makes you UNIQUE in the role you have - how to compete with the 1000s or tens of 1000s of people that also do what you do! When you learn how to embody your voice, you: ✅ Stand out to decision-makers & thought leaders ✅ Showcase both your performance and your potential ✅ Build authentic, trust-based influence that magnetizes opportunities 🌿 Reflection Prompt: Where in your life are you still holding back your truth because you're afraid it won’t land well? When you can name that, we can start to shift it. Comment below and support each other! —Ang

I’m really resonating with this right now.
Creating Space for Leadership
I just took part in Ang’s workshop on buried anger. The approach is incredibly uplifting. Connecting the dots for what may be holding a person whether a pain spot, a rut of emotional cognition, even a sadness in a kind of limbo taking up precious emotional space better utilized for creation and strategy. Brava Ang! A great realization. Techniques for creating authentic flow, so appreciated. The world is a better place with this kind of work.
Wednesday Workshop - Buried Anger & How It Blocks Your Leadership
Hello Living Oaker's - Please join me and our LOL Community in our "watering hole" for a mid-week workshop to learn how to identify, be aware of - and process out - hidden anger (about anything) you may not even know you have, that may be getting in the way of stepping into the level of true personal and professional leadership. Most high-achieving leaders don’t identify as “angry.” But buried anger doesn’t go away just because you don’t acknowledge it. WHAT BURIED ANGER REALLY HIDES - Feelings of inadequacy (despite external success) - Shame around not being enough or being “too much” - Rejection wounds from earlier life or workplace betrayals - Fear of being perceived as weak or emotional - Beliefs that your needs don’t matter - Hyper-independence as a trauma response - Perfectionism masking a fear of visibility or failure - Deep exhaustion from over-performing to outrun unworthiness - Lack of trust — in others, in systems, in life itself - Unprocessed grief from personal or professional losses Anger that is unacknowledged or misdirected can silently erode leadership in MANY ways! Join me from 3pm - 4pm EDT for a Workshop on how to face hidden anger and unlock a next level for your personal and professional leadership! ***CHECK OUT THE CALENDAR and RSVP.
