I have started cleaning everything with vinegar solution! Leaves everything sparkly clean and smelling fresh. Best thing for cleaning ring around the tub.
Scorpio New Moon.
This is a moon to physically write out your lists of what you want to create between now and the fourth day of the moon when it is sextile the sun. Amethyst is the stone you want to be using ✨🌑💎

Can’t wait to learn more about working with crystals and their placements during Vibrant Vastu workshop!
Replacing thoughts with mantra.
As a mom to 3, sitting down to an undisturbed meditation during the day is not very likely to happen. However, replacing my thoughts with a mantra while mothering is like my moving mediation. Today I’m using : “ Ek ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru.” Roughly translating to: “One Creator created this creation. Truth is His name. Great is the ecstasy of His wisdom.” Or rather this sound is vibrating me. Has anyone had the experience where the mantra begins to run by itself on the thought stream and you just tune into that instead of having to start or repeat the mantra “yourself” ?

Haha! I LOVE this. Yes!! There is always a mantra running in the background of my thoughts. Sa Ta Na Ma is my typical go to. But I love switching it up by playing mantra when I’m working or driving. I find that the right mantra shows up right on time. It has become such a part of me that I don’t notice the mantra except when it is absent.
Conscious Parenthood
Ok parents, please weigh in. Part of our society has lost the tribe because of the way the world is structured now. I believe we can still tap into the tribe even in online spheres when we come together in general discussion in online space. With that being said, what are some of the ways you approach your children and the people they are interacting with when they are having a particularly hard time in social environments or at school?

This is such a hard space to be in as a kid and a parent. It always helped me to tap into my own memories from similar experiences I had as a child. I ask myself what I needed most in that moment. What I was feeling. What I needed to express and where I needed someone to show me truth. Not only does this help me to truly empathize with and understand what my child is going through it helps me to heal a forgotten or even abandoned part of myself. So often we parent from a place of our own wounding. The process of heart centered inquiry has proven to work over and over again for me. In this way our children become our most precious teachers and we can truly begin to heal generations of pain.
Heart Center
What are some of the ways you get back into your heart center when you feel you are being overly judgmental or unable to love someone for how they are showing up in the world. A way to love them as they are without them needing to change anything or be different?

When I find myself judging another I take a second to get curious. Turn the judgement inward and try to understand what is going on with me that is causing this negative feeling, perspective or judgement. From here I shift into love and into courage. I have more love for myself, for the other person and courage to speak (to myself or the other person) from a place of love and connection.
