Overall feeling more balanced and I find myself getting off track with breathing less frequently. One thing I caught was losing neutral pelvis/spine, slightly "cowing" once or twice when doing the opposite leg/arm lift.

One thing that felt stronger was my core but I need to work on balance when marching with lifted pelvis. I caught myself subconsciously placing my feet down out of line with where they should be in supine to try and compensate. Correctable with some focus😁

For the first full pour, I never thought sitting up straight with my legs out would feel hard? Guess it highlights a need for better posture day-to-day. I look forward to seeing how it improves with repetition.

I like the focus that pilates places on pelvic control. It's one of the main reasons why I wanted to do this course, since it's not really something that's covered in other forms of fitness. This intro really dialed that in and felt pretty good, although I was surprised at how difficult it was to hit all the clock positions. Still definitely need to work on it some more😅

First feeling and then continuing to think about the widening and closing/narrowing of the ribs was helpful in getting the proper depth for the breath.
