I just wanted to speak on the importance of watching your food intake while on this journey deeper into the 5th Dimension. It is very important that your digestive system be at peace. For those who don’t know our stomach is our actual brain as well as our heart . And when it is unsettled it is difficult for us to focus. When our stomachs feel iffy ; we tend to be irritable; which lowers our vibration. And we obviously have to vibrate high to reach higher levels in the 5th. There are more foods out there that give us a disservice rather than a positive one. So it is up to us to go the extra mile for ourselves and the collective. It is best we eat electric foods such as fruits & vegetables. And I don’t wish to bring it up but I must ; ( You have to investigate what fruits and vegetables you’re eating as they have been tampered with ). The GMO’s & pesticides are what I speak of. Regardless of the extra mile that has to be taken ; it is our duty as star seeds who know our purpose to do whatever is necessary as we find out new information. ✨. Try to refrain from bread , too many carbs , and sugar . These things create issues in the body and lower your vibration. I to have to watch myself ; as I have an attraction to sweets. I yearn for sweets more when in between romantic relationship's ( without girlfriend/ female partner) as the sugar gives false happiness. I’m sure I’m not the only one. We must discipline.ourselves for our own good & for the good of the collective. So let’s take the time to eat healthy as we can . Let’s take time to find what herbs 🌿 or tinctures will assist in keeping us highly vibrated. Sending positive Energy & Abundant Love to all who see if you accept 🔆💚✨

In wanting to manifest, quantum leap, or just ascend higher into the 5th Dimension ; it is imperative that you forgive any & everyone you may have had an issue with or any type of negative feelings. Holding on to the anger , holds you back in time , has you upset in the present about a memory of a negative situation that has already passed, it lowers your vibration. Forgiving; takes all of that away. It gives your mind less to focus on . It assists in keeping your thoughts happy and blissful. This you in the 5th Dimension rising . This is you alchemizing the situation by overcoming it . Giving yourself peace. Also very important { Forgive Yourself } !! Don’t continuously rehearse in your head a bad move you might have made or decision. Take it as a lesson & move forward. Rehearse the positive things about yourself and add to them.
