Soul family we came to this planet together, masters of our craft architects of worlds before incarnating into our first lifetime. We designed a beautiful reality a utopia one that carefully took into consideration that there must be polarity for there to be a physical experience and also one that took into consideration that those who would be experiencing this reality would have already learned all of the lessons of the third dimensional reality that we were getting ready to dive into we placed a piece of that reality within each one of us the way to unlock that reality within you is through unity with your soul family once we are able to come together with love and compassion. We will be able to solidify this beautiful reality and then it will become possible for others to walk into that reality and experience it also until then though don’t feel discouraged when you can’t get everyone in your life to see the same things that you see not everyone is meant to evolve in this life not everyone is meant to wake up. Some people are here for other reasons. Some souls aren’t ready for that. I just wanted to speak on the importance of watching your food intake while on this journey deeper into the 5th Dimension. It is very important that your digestive system be at peace. For those who don’t know our stomach is our actual brain as well as our heart . And when it is unsettled it is difficult for us to focus. When our stomachs feel iffy ; we tend to be irritable; which lowers our vibration. And we obviously have to vibrate high to reach higher levels in the 5th. There are more foods out there that give us a disservice rather than a positive one. So it is up to us to go the extra mile for ourselves and the collective. It is best we eat electric foods such as fruits & vegetables. And I don’t wish to bring it up but I must ; ( You have to investigate what fruits and vegetables you’re eating as they have been tampered with ). The GMO’s & pesticides are what I speak of. Regardless of the extra mile that has to be taken ; it is our duty as star seeds who know our purpose to do whatever is necessary as we find out new information. ✨. Try to refrain from bread , too many carbs , and sugar . These things create issues in the body and lower your vibration. I to have to watch myself ; as I have an attraction to sweets. I yearn for sweets more when in between romantic relationship's ( without girlfriend/ female partner) as the sugar gives false happiness. I’m sure I’m not the only one. We must discipline.ourselves for our own good & for the good of the collective. So let’s take the time to eat healthy as we can .
