STEP #3 - How to Unlock Your Courses
Just because this community is FREE does not mean it won't cost you something to stay.🤣🤣🤣 Regularly we will be actively removing LEVEL 1 - SPECTATORS👀 who do not participate and progress TO LEVEL 2 on the leader board. (This literally takes 2 minutes - watch this video to learn how and avoid being removed) This community is for action takers and members who are serious about being FitnHealthy Forever. We are implementing a #NOSPECTATORS 👀 Rule and will remove people monthly if they have not reached Level 2. (It's super easy 👍) Watch the Video to learn more, unlock all your resources and avoid being removed!❤️‍🩹

Rewriting Your Osteoporosis Story-Bone-Saving Blueprint - Part 1
Most women think bones are like concrete. You build them in your 20s… and that’s it. But your bones are actually alive. They’re constantly being broken down and rebuilt every single day. And here’s the wild part......That breakdown & repair cycle follows a 24-hour schedule — your circadian rhythm (your body clock). The “Demolition Crew” vs. “Construction Crew Inside your bones you have- - Osteoclasts = your demolition crew (they break down old bone) - Osteoblasts = your construction crew (they build new bone) Your circadian rhythm is like the project manager that tells each crew when to work. When your clock is synced- - Demolition happens when it’s supposed to - Construction shows up on time - Result = bone breakdown and bone repair stay in balance When your clock is not synced (poor sleep, late nights, shift-work patterns, constant screens at night)- - The demolition crew works overtime - The construction crew gets less time on site - Result = you lose more bone than you rebuild over time You don’t feel this happening day to day.But over years, this is one of the quiet reasons women lose bone density and end up with osteopenia/osteoporosis. Why This Hits Harder After 40 For women in this community (40+), there’s extra pressure on the system- - Estrogen is dropping → naturally speeds up bone loss - Melatonin output declines with age → weaker nighttime “repair” signal So if your circadian rhythm is off, it becomes a perfect storm- Less hormonal protection + weaker body clock + more lifestyle chaos= Faster bone thinning than you’d otherwise have. This is why, inside FitnHealthy Forever, we care about more than just food and workouts. We care about timing. Because when your body doesn’t know what time it is, your bones (and metabolism) don’t either. FitnHealthy Forever Reflection for Today- 1. On a scale of 1–10, how regular is your sleep/wake schedule right now? 2. How many nights per week are you: - Up past 11:30pm? - On your phone / laptop in bed?

500 Chemicals Before Breakfast?
Did you know the average Woman puts on 500 different chemicals before she even leaves the house? Yep — before you’ve had your morning coffee, your skin has already absorbed an entire cocktail of compounds you probably can’t even pronounce. Think about your morning routine. - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Then lotion, deodorant, maybe a spritz of perfume. Makeup — foundation, mascara, lipstick, eye-liner, eye lash glue, nail glue, nail polish/remover. Tampons, Pads, Feminine Deodorant Sprays, perfumed toilet paper. Hair spray, hair dyes or styling gel. Mouthwash, toothpaste. Most of these product containers go into the garbage which impact the environment for current & future generations. Someone's Kids, grandkids and great, great grandkids. By the time you grab your keys, you’ve used 12 to 15 products without thinking twice. And each of those products? They don’t just have one ingredient — they have 20, 30, sometimes 40 or more. Add them up, and suddenly you’re wearing 400, 500 chemicals… every single day. This isn't even including MANY of the chemicals in your Foods. Here’s the kicker - many of these chemicals are linked to hormone disruption, weight gain, fertility issues, sleep and even mood problems. And the cosmetic industry? Ingredients banned in Europe are still sitting on North American shelves, ending up in our bodies — day after day, year after year. It’s not one product that’s the problem, it’s the cumulative exposure. Small swaps make a huge difference. Switch your deodorant, body lotion, and shampoo to cleaner versions, and you can cut your daily chemical load by hundreds. Your skin, your hormones, your future self will thank you. 2024 - Based on United Nations classifications (which typically include the U.S. and Canada, and exclude Mexico), the total fertility rate (TFR) in Northern America is about 1.6 births per woman—well below replacement level of 2.1 Canada’s TFR declined sharply as well, hitting a record low joining the group of regions in the World with the "lowest-low" fertility.

I've been donating a lot lately to my local food bank/resource centre... they take products that are more than half full and although I won't use them, someone else will scoop it up. I dislike wasting, and although I'd love to open everybody's eyes to toxins, I know I can't, and they'd be buying it regardless so I'll save them some money 🥰
Belly Fat - “hidden” disruptors of Thyroid health.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________ This information is for general informational, educational, or awareness purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We always encourage You to consult qualified professionals before making health, fitness, or lifestyle decisions. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Most people only hear about iodine or Hashimoto’s, but in reality, toxins, infections, stressors, and even medications can interfere with thyroid hormone production and conversion — often through their impact on the liver, kidneys, gut, brain, muscle, and fat tissue. Hidden Disruptors of Thyroid Health Heavy Metals (Mercury, Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic) - Block iodine uptake → reduce T4/T3 synthesis. - Overload the liver → poor conversion. - Damage kidneys → impaired clearance. - Neurotoxic → worsen brain thyroid signaling. Sources - fish (mercury), lead pipes/paint, cigarette smoke, contaminated soil, industrial pollution. Parasites & Infections - Gut parasites steal nutrients like zinc & selenium (needed for conversion). - Chronic infections = constant immune activation → inflammation + high cortisol → more RT3. - Liver burden from parasite toxins = sluggish conversion. Medications - there's many that affect Thyroid as well as other organs where Thyroid Hormones are created. - Do NOT stop or adjust any of these. Check with your Doctor. Environmental Toxins - Plastics (BPA, phthalates): mimic hormones, block thyroid receptors. - Pesticides: mitochondrial damage → poor T4 → T3 conversion. - Flame retardants (PBDEs): interfere with hormone transport. Fat tissue stores these toxins, which get released during weight loss → more burden on liver + thyroid. Nutrient Deficiencies - Selenium, zinc, iron → required for deiodinase enzymes. - Magnesium, B vitamins, Vitamin D/A → support conversion & gene expression. - Deficiencies = sluggish liver, weak conversion, poor receptor function.

Great info. Thank you!
Belly Fat - Is it my Thyroid?
In andropause (Men) & menopause (Women), belly fat is NOT just “age-related slowing metabolism.” It’s - - Thyroid conversion issues (low T3, high RT3) - Adrenal stress and high cortisol - Insulin resistance made worse by estrogen decline - Toxins (including but not lmited to heavy metals) - Halide Exposure When you support your thyroid, adrenals , insulin sensitivity , toxins & halides - belly fat becomes much easier to lose — even in menopause. Who wants to know more about Thyroid related issues?
