@Uffe Eisted Poulsen Today was day 17 and I decided to break the fast today. I just couldn't get anymore water down. The thought of doing any more water made me physically nauseated so this morning I ate a small amount of honeydew.

Water fast
So I decided to start a water fast. I'm only on day 2 today and I have a question. For those who have done one before, did you get really bad heart burn and belching?

@Uffe Eisted Poulsen Thank you! I'm trying to drink the 3-4 liters a day and taking small sips. I hope I can make it 21 days.

@Uffe Eisted Poulsen When you did the water fast, did water start to taste gross to you? The flavor of the water seems to be changing. I wonder if I should buy distilled or purified water instead of our tap water. I believe the water here is very hard water. It leaves stains on everything.
