A2P and Website
When running a DR. During the A2P verification, the website has to follow a strict checklist. Are you guys getting access to their existing site and editing it to be compliant or making your own placeholder site?

Snapshot template
I'm loading a template in a subaccount and it tells me it will let me know when its complete. It's been almost 15 minutes and no update, am I doing something wrong? I've reset and gotten the same thing.
