Hello family… I am extremely excited and happy to report that I sold my very first piece of land on Friday, March 6, 2026!!! 😁I purchased the land at the Wayne County Auction back in November 2025 however, I didn’t start advertising it until mid January 2026. I purchased the land for $404 and sold it for $7,500 through a seller financing agreement!!!💰 To God be the GLORY!!! Wins! Just returned home from my first auction in Wayne county PA. I did purchase 4 properties. It was amazing and I am happy to have had so many supportive people. I am grateful for both my groups I am learning from that's Buy the Block with Sis and Landbank University. I am bringing a long my nieces and we are very excited to make this family journey successful and enriching to us and this community.
