Let's celebrate the progress that's often easy to overlook. 👇✨
This journey isn't just about losing weight, building habits, or achieving goals. It's about becoming. As you look back on this week, what is one thing you've done, handled, or overcome that makes you proud of the person you're becoming? No win is too small.

15 June🌿 Welcome to Coach Tammy's Accountability Pod 🌿
I am so excited to walk this journey with you over the next 7 days. This post will be our check-in space throughout the FREE 7-Day C.O.R.E. Nervous System Reset. For the next week, we're not chasing perfection or trying to change everything overnight. Instead, we're creating space to slow down, become more aware, reconnect with ourselves, and build the capacity to respond to life with greater calm, clarity, and confidence. One small step at a time. ✨ My role is to support, encourage, and guide you throughout the challenge. Please introduce yourself below and share: 1️⃣ What inspired you to join the C.O.R.E. Nervous System Reset? 2️⃣ What area of your life feels most overwhelming, demanding, or out of balance right now? 3️⃣ What would you love to experience more of over the next 7 days? (Peace, energy, focus, confidence, better sleep, less stress, etc.) 💬 Throughout the week, use this post to share your reflections, breakthroughs, questions, wins, and daily check-ins. Remember: You do not need to have it all figured out. You do not need to be perfect. You simply need to show up. Every small action is a vote for the person you are becoming. 💚 I can't wait to get to know you all. 👇 Introduce yourself below and let's begin. What would you most love to experience more of over the next 7 days? 🌿

@Carla Meyer Meyer 💚✨ I love this, Carla. Simple. Encouraging. Compassionate. "One step at a time" is often exactly what our nervous system needs to hear. We don't have to have everything figured out today. We don't have to carry the whole week, month, or year all at once. Just the next step. Then the next. It's amazing how much calmer, clearer, and more resilient we become when we stop demanding perfection from ourselves and start allowing progress. 🌱🤍 Keep speaking to yourself with the same kindness and encouragement that you so naturally give to others. 💫

💚 DAY 5 CHECK-IN 💚 Today, let's talk about protecting your energy. 🌱 One of the biggest lessons many of us learn on this journey is that rest is not selfish. Boundaries are not selfish. Taking care of yourself is not selfish. When we constantly say yes to everything and everyone, we often end up saying no to ourselves. Your nervous system needs moments of recovery. Your mind needs space. Your body needs rest. And you deserve to have your own needs matter too. 🤍 Today's reflection: ✨ What is one thing you could say "no" to that would create more peace in your life? OR ✨ What is one thing you could say "yes" to that would better support your well-being? Remember: "You can't pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first." 💚 Comment below and let us know what comes up for you today. 🌿✨
⚡ The 24-Hour Capacity Shift Challenge
Many people spend their days collecting evidence that they're overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed, or falling behind. For the next 24 hours, let's look for something different. ### Step 1: Choose Your New Identity Complete this sentence: I am someone who ____________________. Examples: • I am someone who can handle pressure calmly. • I am someone who recovers quickly. • I am someone who protects my energy. • I am someone who feels safe in my own body. • I am someone who has the capacity for what life is asking of me. ### Step 2: Give Your Brain A Target Say: "Brain, show me evidence that this is true." ### Step 3: Collect The Evidence Throughout the day, look for proof. Not perfection. Proof. Maybe you paused before reacting. Maybe you took a deep breath when you felt stressed. Maybe you said no to something that would have drained you. Maybe you rested without feeling guilty. Maybe you handled a challenge better than you would have a month ago. Every time you notice one of these moments, simply say: Evidence. ### Step 4: Take One Capacity-Building Action Ask yourself: "What would someone with a regulated nervous system do right now?" Then take one small action. Drink water. Go for a walk. Take three slow breaths. Step away from your screen. Ask for help. Choose rest. ### Step 5: Report Back Tomorrow Before you go to sleep, complete this sentence: Today, I saw evidence that I am someone who ____________________. Then remind yourself: If this is already starting, tomorrow I get to expect more. 👇 What identity are you choosing for the next 24 hours? And when you come back tomorrow, share the evidence you found. Sometimes the smallest signs of progress are the ones that matter most.

Barry, I love this challenge because it shifts our focus from what's wrong to what's already working. 🌱 As coaches, we often remind people that the brain is constantly looking for evidence to support what we believe. When we intentionally choose an empowering identity, we start noticing strengths, progress, and resilience that may have been there all along. For the next 24 hours, my identity is:"I am someone who has the capacity to handle what life places in front of me with calm, courage, and grace." A simple tool I use is asking: "What would the future version of me do next?" Then taking just one small action in that direction. Progress isn't built through perfection. It's built through collecting evidence, one choice at a time. Looking forward to seeing what evidence everyone discovers over the next 24 hours. 💛✨
You Don’t Need More Pressure
Most people think they need more motivation. But sometimes what you actually need is a reset. When your nervous system is overloaded, you don’t make choices from clarity. You react from stress. You overthink. You feel tired. You lose focus. You snap quicker. You disconnect from yourself. That doesn’t mean you are weak. It means your body has been living in “go mode” for too long. This is why the C.O.R.E Nervous System Reset matters. Before we chase bigger goals, better habits, or more discipline, we first teach the body safety again. Today’s reminder: You cannot become your strongest self while constantly living in survival mode. Your mission today: Take 2 minutes. Sit still. Feet flat. Breathe in for 4. Breathe out for 6. Let your body know: we are safe right now. Comment below: Right now, my body feels _______.

This is such an important reminder, JP. One thing I've learned, both personally and through coaching others, is that we often try to solve nervous system overload with more effort, more discipline, or more pressure. But an overloaded nervous system doesn't need to be pushed harder, it needs space to regulate. A simple tool that has helped many people is a quick body scan. Pause for 30 seconds and ask: 💭 What am I feeling? 💭 Where do I feel it in my body? 💭 What do I need right now? Sometimes awareness alone creates enough space for a different response. Right now, my body feels grateful for the reminder to slow down and check in before pushing forward. Small moments of regulation often create the biggest shifts over time. 🌱
Let's do this!! 💪
Hello family..Glad to be part of this community. My biggest challenge right now is complacency or rather doing slot of everything which makes me feel chaotic rather than satisfied. If I could improve one thing for the next 30 days it would be intentionally investing in understanding how my nervous system works. My goal is to complete not only to complete the 7days but also to experience real growth which will catapult me into my new assignment!!
