Meng met droรซ bestanddele en suurlemoen. Voeg heuning by om pasta te maak. Bรชre in yskas, dit hou baie lank. So gelyk teelepel op 'n keer. @Christo Kriegler I would say with anyone starting with Cayenne pepper to start small and work towards one teaspoon
