Today’s yoga session was very powerful. We focused on balance. The eagle asana waa the highlight of the session. It presented challenges but also a new goal to Accomplish. The breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises released the built up stress and presented opportunities to relax and release the mind from roaming. See you in the next class Namasta 🙏🏽🙌🏽
