I get my daughter back tomorrow. She has been with her dad for 4 weeks
Moving your body 🏃‍♀️
Let’s face it, most of us don’t move our bodies as much as we should! 🥴 Honestly I don’t love exercise but I know it’s not only good for my body & nervous system but for my mind too! 👌 Every night for a week now, I’ve been consistently walking outside after dinner, doing about 2 miles!
