I created INK because I know the struggle firsthand of juggling ideas, jobs, family, and the constant fight to make time for your art. But I also know how rewarding it can be to see an idea through to the big screen and the jobs it creates and the accolades that follow. Every creative deserves to feel this over and over again. I am originally from Washington, D.C. and I moved to Los Angeles as a single mom with two young children in 2014. I have built an empire, by learning how to write, direct and produce films independently. This meant raising my own funds, casting my own films, and finding my own distribution.
