Why is my score with Experian so hard to increase? My other credit scores can go up by 20 or more points, but Experian only goes up about 5 points and then seems to drop quickly if files come back verified

I have one more round remaining, and my credit score has increased to almost 700. I’m hoping that after this final round, it will reach that mark. Would you recommend waiting until the last round and adding a credit-building card, then paying it on time to continue increasing my score? Or would it be better to purchase a tradeline? I’m currently working toward getting approved for a car loan.
