Hi Ben! I have always felt, seen or heard spirit at different times through my life. It’s always a different experience which I find difficult as I’m not sure how that connection even came about 😊 I’m a practicing reiki master and do some other energy work. Lack of confidence in any connection I get and self doubt of course are main reasons I’m here 🦋
