Current Journal Shipment
Hi Happy Monday! I just received a couple of new kits and have some questions/feedback. In the journals that were sent, Can you leave the color coded foods? It makes it easy to explain to clients in alternating foods. Also, the new book came in on glossy paper versus the heavier paper from before. It is a little more difficult to write in the book without smearing. Thr 3rd page in the book appears to have been an update notes page about redesign and inadvertently left in the book. Since the color code is not in the new one. I AM JUST USING the ones I had on hand. Thanks for listening. Tamara

Fat loss doesn’t start in the mirror—it starts in the nervous system.
Your body won’t let go of stored energy if it feels unsafe. Constant stress tells your nervous system: “Hold on. Something’s wrong.” That’s why calming routines matter: • Regular meals • Adequate protein • Sleep consistency • Predictable habits This isn’t about being lazy, it's about signaling safety. When the body feels safe, it stops gripping so tightly.

@Jerry Relth thank you!
You’re carrying last year’s stress into this year’s body.
Most people underestimate how much last year still lives in their body. Chronic stress. Poor sleep. Inflammation. Hormonal chaos. You can’t out-diet stress. When stress hormones stay high, the body prioritizes survival, not fat loss. That’s why easing stress, stabilizing meals, improving sleep, and calming inflammation are not “extras.” They’re the foundation. This year isn’t about forcing your body to change. It's about creating conditions where it can.
