Reta/Cag combo
How many MG's of Cagrilintide is recommended taking with Retatrutide. I'm currently at 3 MG of Reta and I'm thinking about adding Cag. Thank you.

The range is usually .3 mg to 4.5 mg. Start low.
Reta question
I am reading that Reta doesn’t suppress appetite and food noise as well as Tirz. I am switching next week and I am really nervous that I am going to struggle! I don’t want to invest in anything else right now, although Capri is something I am looking into. Anyone not have an issue with Reta?

For me, reta and Tirz are equal in hunger suppression, but I know it depends on the person

@Jami Major You could also try Ion Peptide. They're reliable with fast shipping... In the US. Cagrilintide
Dosing
I just wanted to ask what everyone else's first dose if Reta was? I started Reta at 1mg once a week for the past month, and ive lost only 5 lbs. I also been on Glow at 2mg for 15 days. I have been off Glow for 8 days. I can feel the difference now that I've been off of glow. I've been getting hungry in the evenings lately and was thinking about upping my Reta dose to 2mg? Has anyone else tried Cagrilintide with Reta? Can you let me know the changes that you've had since? Thanks in advance to everyone.

I started at 2mg Reta, and after 5 months added cag. I'm now further in, and am at 10mg Reta, but my cag is still relatively low at .6mg. The range is .3-4.5 in much of the documentation. I'm making sure I get my protein, and hydrating well. Though I've lost weight, it isn't as quickly as when I was on Tirz. However, my loss is slow and healthy. Some people think Reta isn't as strong with hunger control, but I believe it depends on the person. I find it works well. I took advice and added cag, but I'm not sure it's making a difference... I may experiment with lowering the reta and seeing if I need more cag to offset hunger. So far I've been sticking with the case study dosages.
No Response on Reta-How Much to Increase
I am on my first week of Reta and started at 2 mg. I have experienced nothing so far and I am 5 days in. I previously tried all the other GLP-1's with no side effects at all. I actually binged last night. I didnt experience any food noise reduction or appetite suppression on the other shots. Im wondering how much I should keep going up each week because my body doesnt respond. I am 205 lbs and 5'1.

You don't increase weekly. A minimum of 4 weeks at each level!

@Dana Rock I know it's tough to have patience, but it helped me to do weigh-ins weekly or less often... Less pressure. I sympathize with the feelings of hunger, but my problem is more stress eating than actual hunger. I wish you well.
