Hi everyone, I hope you’re having a great week and enjoying the holidays! We have uploaded all of the spins and videos lessons with re-recorded audio! We will be adding a lot more to those courses in the future, but wanted to get out a decent amount and we have a total of 60 videos now. We would love to see some videos about lifts as we have to figure out by our selfs. We are same weight and heigth. So all about technique..

By the way how do you do to not hit the partner with the elbow on the twizzle combo. It mostly worked out well, but I got him twice with my elbow on the twizzle of the lifted arm.

Hello from Luxemburg
I am a luxemburgish adult ice dancer, skating silver level. I recently found a partner to do couples so our goal for this season is to get synchronized and work on switching positions hand in hand on step sequences. And of course at some point easy pair spins and lifts. As we do not have coaches skilled in freedance couple or more than pre-silver pattern dances in our club we need to move on alone to achieve our goal to start at some competitions first in patterndance season and maybe freedance for next season.
