No panic attacks today!! Lately my body has been reacting to the daily stress of teaching. But today, I've come prepared to face the "end of the day attack" when my body decides it's had enough. My blend today is Lavender and Clary Sage! I chose these for 2 reasons; calming and balancing. What are some tips you have to help you when your body wants to overreact?

self compassion, that went out the window when got married, had kids, got divorced and have had to fend for myself for most of my life. Through all I thought was going to have a support system and well.. that never happened. When dealing with health issues and everything else where does that ever come into play. Have to function so do what can when can
