I created the journal page for the Citrus Hibiscus Breeze but I found a new way to create them and want your opinion. So I have attached the two versions; Version A is the original and Version B is the experimental version. I would appreciate your opinion.

Tea Time Tuesday: Citrus Hibiscus Breeze 11 AM CST ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŠ
Happy Tea Time Tuesday, sweet friends. Todayโ€™s blend is bright, cooling, refreshing, and perfect for a hot summer day: ๐‘ช๐’Š๐’•๐’“๐’–๐’” ๐‘ฏ๐’Š๐’ƒ๐’Š๐’”๐’„๐’–๐’” ๐‘ฉ๐’“๐’†๐’†๐’›๐’† This one has that beautiful tart hibiscus flavor, cheerful orange, smooth rooibos, soft floral linden, and just a tiny touch of cardamom to make it feel special. It is lovely warm, but honestly, I think this one really shines iced. You could also top it with a splash of sparkling water for a fun little summer mocktail feel. This blend is tart, citrusy, lightly floral, naturally smooth, and refreshing without feeling boring. ๐—” ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐˜๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฏ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฒ: Hibiscus is often loved for its cooling, tart, refreshing nature. Orange peel brings brightness and citrus flavor. Linden adds a soft, calming, floral feel. Rooibos gives the blend a smooth, naturally mellow sweetness. Cardamom adds a tiny citrus-spice finish that makes the whole blend feel a little more special. See you today at 11am CST for our ๐—š๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜† What helps me feel refreshed in body, mind, or spirit? Maybe it is tea. Maybe it is quiet. Maybe it is music. Maybe it is fresh air. Maybe it is a cold drink on a hot day. Maybe it is finally giving yourself permission to pause. Your reset does not have to be complicated. Sometimes it can start with one glass of tea and one deep breath. ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜† ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฒ: This is for educational purposes only. Hibiscus may not be right for everyone, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking blood pressure medication, managing blood sugar concerns, or taking certain medications. Please check with a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether an herb is right for you. Your turn: Would you drink this one hot, iced, or sparkling? Weโ€™ll take a few minutes to breathe, reflect, journal, and choose one small step for the new week. Bring your journal, a pen, water or tea, and yourself exactly as you are. You do not have to come in with everything figured out. Journal & Joy: What Iโ€™m Carrying, What Iโ€™m Releasing โค๏ธ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ“–
Happy 4th of July, sweet friends. In the middle of the celebration, the noise, the gatherings, and the busy summer energy, I wanted todayโ€™s ๐ฝ๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘Ÿ๐‘›๐‘Ž๐‘™ & ๐ฝ๐‘œ๐‘ฆ to be a gentle moment to pause and check in with ourselves. If you are joining us today, the Journal & Joy live session will be today July 4th at 8 am CST. See you there! Todayโ€™s reflection is about: ๐‘Šโ„Ž๐‘Ž๐‘ก ๐ผโ€™๐‘š ๐‘๐‘Ž๐‘Ÿ๐‘Ÿ๐‘ฆ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” ๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘‘ ๐‘Šโ„Ž๐‘Ž๐‘ก ๐ผโ€™๐‘š ๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘™๐‘’๐‘Ž๐‘ ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” Because even on a holiday, we still need space to breathe, reflect, and come back to ourselves. This week has been full โ€” tea blending, creating, showing up, adjusting plans, learning, and just doing real life in the middle of all of it. And honestly, that is why I love these journal moments. ๐™๐™๐™š๐™ฎ ๐™œ๐™ž๐™ซ๐™š ๐™ช๐™จ ๐™– ๐™ฅ๐™ก๐™–๐™˜๐™š ๐™ฉ๐™ค ๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ช๐™จ๐™š ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™–๐™จ๐™ : What am I still carrying? What am I ready to release? What do I want to bring with me into the next week? Sometimes we carry things longer than we need to. Pressure. Overthinking. Self-judgment. Old expectations. The feeling that we should have done more. The stress of a week that did not go exactly as planned. But we are allowed to pause. We are allowed to notice what feels heavy. We are allowed to set some of it down. And today, on the 4th of July, maybe freedom can also mean giving ourselves permission to release a little pressure. Todayโ€™s reflection is not about fixing everything. It is about checking in with ourselves before we step into a new week. What felt good this week? ๐Ÿ’œ What felt heavy this week? ๐Ÿ“– What am I still carrying? โœจ What am I ready to release? ๐ŸŒธ What do I want to remember from this week? ๐ŸŒฑ What is one small step I want to carry into next week? You do not have to write a lot. One honest sentence counts. One word counts. One small moment of reflection counts. Your turn: What is one thing you are ready to release before next week? Small steps lead to big transformations. ๐“๐“น๐“ป๐“ฒ๐“ต ๐“™๐“ธ๐”‚ ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒน Stay positive and kind.

Firecracker Chill Herbal Iced Tea
๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐ŸŒฟ Firecracker Chill Herbal Iced Tea I usually share one tea blend a week, but since itโ€™s the 4th of July, I thought we needed a little extra sip of something refreshing. This Firecracker Chill Herbal Iced Tea is cool, bright, and perfect for a hot summer holiday. It has that beautiful blend of: ๐ŸŒบ Hibiscus ๐ŸŒฟ Lemon balm ๐ŸŒฑ Mint ๐ŸŠ Orange peel ๐Ÿ’™ Butterfly pea flower ๐Ÿ“ Berries ๐Ÿ‹ Lemon slices You can make it as an iced tea, pour it over ice, add fresh berries and lemon, or even top it with sparkling water for a fun little herbal mocktail moment. Itโ€™s refreshing, colorful, and a sweet way to bring a little calm into all the holiday noise. For educational purposes only. Herbs can interact with medications or health conditions, so always check with a qualified healthcare provider if youโ€™re pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. If you try this blend, let me know how you like it! April Joy ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒน Stay positive and kind.
