AI agents aren’t replacing humans. They’re replacing inefficiency
I keep seeing people worry about AI taking jobs, but honestly, that’s not what I’m seeing when I work with businesses. What AI is actually replacing is the boring stuff nobody wants to do. The tasks that drain your focus. The things you procrastinate on because they feel like groundhog day. Every time I build an automation or an agent for a client, the reaction is almost always the same: “This is such a relief.” Not “this is scary.” Because once the repetitive work is handled, people finally get to do the things they’re actually good at. The human stuff. The judgment calls. The creative decisions. The relationship building. If anything, AI is giving people their jobs back. The versions of their jobs that they signed up for in the first place.
