I'm relatively new to the group and haven't landed my first deal yet, but I am hungry to learn. Because of my work/lifestyle, I travel a lot. Lately, every time I drive through these smaller, overlooked towns, I can't help but see massive potential. I'm constantly spotting properties that look like perfect opportunities, and it's making me realize that the big cities aren't the only places to win in real estate. it's also the realization that I don't need millions to start. I drove through a town in different state and regions where the median home price is a fraction of where I live. Seeing those numbers made it real for me. I'm taking this seriously because I finally see a path to building wealth that doesn't require competing with massive hedge funds.
