I just had a meeting with an established client who has founded his own society. He is a dad and on his own, doing homeschooling with his own children. He mentioned he knows a number of people in his area as friends or collegues/community, family etc. So I just explained how to organize them. So what you do is ask everyone you know for their resume or to explain what they are good at, and ensure they are actually good at that, So carpenter, painter etc.... what ever they do, grow food, farm etc... So if they are a cleaner, painter, snow shoveler etc.. then ask them, If I were to book some jobs, would you be willing to do them. Ask them what they usually charge per hour? Most do not charge like a business, most charge like an employee per hour. I helped someone I mentor locally set up her own house cleaning program. I know most industries so I can generally help you understand what to charge if you need help (not a free service). So most ladies who clean and promote themselves online ask 30 bucks an hour. Most trades will work for 25 - 30hr some more, but cleaners, painters etc. So I set up the lady I was mentoring, with a website, domain, cool name for her cleaning program, and she posted the posters I had ai do up, in the area. Within days she had a call, and I went with her to do the quote. We booked a repeat client, first clean was 450. Biweekly after that for I believe it was $300 So lets say it takes 5 hours to do the initial cleaning at 30 an hour or just flat rate 150 so if it takes longer you are not over paying. Pay less if you need more people to do job. But lets say in 5 hours she has job done. So thats 150 from the 450. So that left her with 300 dollars for a 5 hour job. :) You can do this with any trade, any occupation for the most part. This is how you set up local industry under private law, this is where the independent contracts we have that have both legal and private law referenced within come in, your society so it pays no tax. THIS IS HOW YOU TAKE OVER THE LEGAL SYSTEM, NOT BY VOTING OR RIOTING, BUT BY BECOMING THE PAYCHECK FOR THOSE AROUND YOU, AND GUESS WHAT, they pay no tax either. I also have solutions to get insurance etc if needed for say a construction job.
