@Aja King a mix of both. But mostly off social media because its the things that drains me the most from what I habe been able to observe. Since, I felt so light, and not mentally irritable. I'm going to start doing it more often. It also felt good to actually be present at home. I even noticed things my dogs do that I wasn't noticing before. Its those little things today, that told me I need to take a day to fully go dark. Or do 12hrs like I did yesterday. I also can do 4 for 4. All I know is, it felt good.
What has helped me, is not fighting against it. I accept its my bodies way or even spirits way of telling me. I need to adjust, this may be, sleep, sitting in stillness, mindfulness especially if its causing physical tension, and silence. My favorite remedy is silence. It just helps me listen to inner source guidance. If I am being sat down to observe and listen, then I do so.
My wish, help in liberating the collectives mindset of feeling they must sacrifice themselves to fit into the image of someone elses image. Inner Sovereignty for the masses it my wish.
