Hello Turan sir I respect your decision of new update that views count only after submitting the post but this update only benefit for big pages whose all videos get good views but we small pages creators post 4 5 videos a day and hoping for any of one to get viral and if we submit all videos and it don't get viral our submission is wasted then. I respect your decision imo not saying its bad update but i think its need some changes reduce submission time is a better option imo like reduce it to 4-6 hrs it helps both small pages and big pages creator. I hope you understand
