I decided to make a change in the workplace. More recently, I have been feeling angry and burnt out regarding my workload and time pressures at my job. I even frequently stay long after paid-hours to finish what two people are needed for. I decided that for now on, I will end the cycle of physically straining myself when it’s not necessary, end working when I am not getting paid, and I will stop taking on issues that were never mine to bear. I started this last week, and it already has made me feel less stressed and more free in this area.
