Hi folks, not a noob to Ai Automation, but recently tried and paid for Assistable but have lost basic functionality. Would deeply appreciate any ideas on resolving this! Background: Our Assistable inbound voice agent was functioning correctly. During testing, we created several test users in GHL contacts. After completing our tests, we deleted these test users from GHL. Current Issue: Post-deletion, our voice agent is unable to create new contacts. We've attempted to reset the Assistable-to-GHL link, but this hasn't resolved the problem. Error Message: When we query the assistant, it responds with: "Contact with id undefined not found" Process Details: The issue arises during the step where the assistant attempts to add or update contact details: Collect and confirm customer information: Full name Phone number Email address Address where the cleaning will take place We've ensured that the update_user_details v2 tool is enabled. Additionally, we can manually add contacts in GHL without any issues. Has anyone experienced this problem or have suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you for your assistance.
