Operating Manual section 1
Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and realized my 50 open tabs weren't proof I'm undisciplined - they're my environment handing me a verdict about myself before I even start my day. The problem was never my capability, it was the compatibility. Closing some of those tabs tonight.

It appears I do the same. I always believe that I will get to the information in them, but for some reason I do not.😊
Operating Manual Section 3
Just found my first domino in the Operating Manual section 3, and it turns out my good days and bad days aren't luck or failure. They both start with whether I get my quiet time first. My tiny daily promise: five minutes in a room to recoup and feel in control. Never miss two days in a row.
Operating Manual section 2
Section 2 of the Operating Manual just explained my evenings to me. Turns out I snack during the day to stay awake, feel guilty, and then reach again, and it was never about willpower. And the calm I keep chasing? I already found it in my quiet morning prayer time. My body knew all along.
Operating Manual
Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and realized the piano bench I quit as a kid was never about capability - I could play the music, it just bored me. The real trap I spotted is my evenings: the TV goes on, I scroll because I "can't seem to do anything else," and my environment was making that choice for me the whole time. Tonight I'm putting a book on my seat before my husband turns it on.
Discovering Me
Thank you Jim. This challenge has made me realize why I do certain things, start courses and do not finish most of them, the dopamine effect, and many other things. This was a very valuable challenge and great information.
