Dear @Rodrigo Rios , I appriciate our meaningful exchange here... When I read your second last sentence sharing people say they feel "empowered" a lot of memories came up for me... I do remember a trend maybe around 10 years ago, when in the USA a ton of books came up with the word "F#&%" XYZ as the beginning of book titles! I remember seeing at barnes & Nobels whole tables with piles of books riding a trend of "provocation" and 'rebeliion against traditions" using the word. I also remember several dozen of women on stages applogizing at the start of their speeches - ironically in my eyes - that they will use a ton of swear words and especially the "f-word" because it makes them feel empowered. So, there was definately a trend of rewriting the meaning, reclaiming the taboo, revolting against public rules of communication... And still, everything I wrote before is still true within me. From a somatic experiential perspective - I just played with several different words like "luck", "Sack" (German", "muck" and of course the core word of our discussion "fuck" and can sense a string difference in the breath release between these words. For example "luck" - a positive nice word! - and muck are both much less powerful in the release of somatic tention and breath than Sack and fuck! In German calling a man "Du alter Sack" is deeply humiliating and mean. Can you sense the differences within your body when pronouncing these different words whcih share the same 'uck" syllable but a different first letter?

@Rodrigo Rios regarding "habitual pattern": I have a professional women-preneur in my circles who went through a lot of trauma. The f-bomb became part of her healing journey to release tention and feel empowered. It became a habit! She speaks on public stages, women's summits, online conferences etc. For a while she became a bit famous for her constant "f-ing". But then something shifted! Peopel started - literally! - counting how many f-bombs she drops in 15 minutes on stages! I was at one of those in-person conferences in Vegas! What was ones an empowering personal healing phrase, turned into her business brand, than seemingly impossible to break habit and then started to distroy her reputation! People started doubting her credibility! I heard a few weeks ago she hired an expensive mentor to help her stop using the f-bomb, break that habit, and develope a new better aligned for her business goals language and with that a new brand... I wish she had asked me! I could have helped her faster and somatically trhough transformational with lasting effects for less investment... The original reason people use swear words and why you read about "neuroscience supporting searing" I think is the energetic effect of "RELEASE of TENTION" which is huge for healing and empowerment! But like with most strategies and "magic pills", they come with consequences rarely talked about. And there are ALWAYS better alternatives for everything! But people are too happy to have found 'something" that seems to work QUICKLY, so they don't analyze the consequences and stop looking for better alternatives and then they get stuck habitually with a less-than-perfect solution like the f-bomb!
