I have a question. I just created one demo agent, but my question is: if I onboard a client, what would the process look like if I explain it to them like this? We’ll create an inbound agent that will answer your calls after hours so you’ll never miss leads again. We’ll book appointments for your customers. We’ll connect the system to your CRM if you already have one. Otherwise, we can suggest and set up the CRM that I learned about in this course. My questions are: If a customer calls again and wants to cancel or reschedule their appointment, how can I handle that? Secondly, if a client says they want the agent to remind customers 1 hour or maybe 2 hours before the appointment, what should my answer be?
