Step-by-Step Roadmap to Launch, Grow & Scale Your Community
1. 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Clearly define what your community is about, who it is for, and the specific outcome members can expect. A well-positioned offer helps attract the right audience. 2. 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 & 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 Structure your offer, pricing, and bonuses to match your goals and your audience's needs. 3. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 Create a professional and organized community that makes a great first impression and provides a smooth onboarding experience for new members. Basic Community Setup Includes: - About Page - Pinned Posts - Start Here Module - Technical Settings 4. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 Plan your content strategy, how often you'll post it so members consistently receive valuable content that educates, engages, and encourages participation. 5. 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 Track community growth, engagement, and member feedback to improve the experience over time. ❓Which part are you struggling with the most❓

❓How is Instagram working for you as a traffic source❓
I'm seeing a lot of community owners use short-form content to attract members, but is it working for your community? If you're using Instagram: • What's your follower count? • How many members has it brought into your community? • What's working best right now (Reels, Stories, Carousels, DMs, etc.)? • What's been the biggest challenge? Curious to hear real numbers and experiences from community owners who are actively using Instagram as a growth channel.

@Donna Thornton Fair enough! Instagram definitely isn't everyone's favorite platform. 😄 I'm curious too, I'm hoping people will share actual numbers rather than just general advice. It'll be interesting to see whether IG is truly driving community growth or if it's mostly brand awareness for most people.
❓What Stopping You From Launching Your Own Skool Community❓
Launching your own community is interesting but every Creator/Coach faces challenges in their journey, Curious to know what's yours? Drop in the comments if your struggle isn't listed 📄

@Lillie Pinckney That's really frustrating. I think you should go ahead and launch anyway. The community and discussions can create a lot of value on their own while you work out the course side of things.

Easiest and Most Efficient Way to CREATE COURSES
Many community owners get stuck scripting and recording courses, only to spend weeks creating content nobody asked for. In many cases, they disappear to build courses, which can also hurt community engagement and growth. A simpler approach is to create a Google Doc and a short 5–10 slide presentation for each topic, then teach it live to your existing members and record the session with Loom. This also helps you to build the course with your members instead of guessing what they want. It keeps the content relevant, provides real-time feedback, and helps you validate demand before investing more time. End each session with a Q&A, the questions and discussions often become the most valuable part of the course.
