Trying to recenter myself again.
Hey guys, I’m back after being away for a while. I used to be really consistent with meditation, but I stopped after feeling like it was affecting my sleep and causing vivid nightmares. Lately I’ve been feeling emotionally overwhelmed and disconnected from myself. I realized I’ve been centering other people too much instead of focusing on my own well-being and goals, so I’m trying to reconnect with myself again in healthier ways. I feel like getting back into meditation could really help me recenter and regain some inner stability. If you guys could support this post so I can reach level 5 and access the meditations, I’d really appreciate it ❤️ Also, any advice on how you personally recentered yourself during emotionally difficult periods would mean a lot.

@Lee Simmons Thank you so much for this suggestion. I really like the idea of starting small with just one minute instead of overwhelming myself. I think that may be a gentler way for me to reconnect with meditation again, especially after my experience with the nightmares. I’ll definitely give this a try 🌸

@Christa Lovas Thank you so much for your kind words. I really needed that reminder because I’ve definitely been hard on myself lately. I’m trying to accept that this process will take time and that I don’t have to figure everything out all at once 🤍
Advice please
I love meditating. I experience all the wonderful benefits that come with it and I'm happy about that. However, as of recent, I've noticed that I only have bad dreams when I meditate before bed. Why? Am I doing something wrong? Do I have a problem? Any tips to avoid the bad dreams?

Am I the only one who have noticed that I'm literally happier after doing these meditations? My relationship with the people around me have also become incredible. Wishing a higher vibration to everyone🫶🫶
