I’ve started reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. I’m really enjoying it. It’s about how to change and build new habits. Very down to earth and scientifically backed.
LOVE atomic habits..read it twice! I’ve started Reality Transurfing’ but it’s a lot so taking a break and also addicted to David Ghiyam’s podcasts..they are ✨
Okay wow that was a lot😂🙏🏽 I love how you explained the ying and yang energy. I most definitely am sitting in ying and I do take inspired action but I’m dangerously surrendering ie “ I have certainly that what I want will land effortlessly in my lap” as I’ve experienced it before when I was not spiritually aware sooo..💫 In regards to frequency.. I love smiling at people, saying hello and striking up conversations. It lifts me up hence the high vibe but I raise the serotonin level of others. I speak to myself all throughout the day. When I’m triggered I try to become super aware and thank the feeling and divert my thoughts to something positive. I really am just learning but I will say it feels so exhausting at times but the rewards are insane!!!🪄
