Hi, i've just started to back test and I placed a trade from my innitial $1000 account set up during the previous module. However TV doesn't seem to take into account the fact that i'm back testing from june 2022. So my question is this: Do I just use the long and short tool and not place the trade, and just press play to see what happens and record the result into my back testing journal or is there a way to use another paper trading account in TV just for back testing?

As you develop as a trader you need more and more material to refine your knowledge, at this point its about time I shared some knowledge regarding structure. The main types: - Internal - External When you know the differences between these you can refine your understanding of liquidity runs / mitigation. What's mitigation? When you are trading you're either working with counter trend setups or pro- trend setups. Specifically when trading countertrend you need to notice how price mitigates HTF swing legs without breaking HTF structure, internal structure comes into play here as it doesn't tap into HTF rather it moves price to clean up any imbalances left before. 9 out of 20 were correct, giving me a win rate of 45% and a profit of 17.7 R. I'm pleased with the results, but I noticed two recurring mistakes: - HTF Bias: My HTF Bias wasn't always correct, and I didn't always feel confident in predicting price movements. I took some short positions when the market was short-term bullish. - Wrong OB: Sometimes the price didn't target the nearest order block level but instead went for the next one, leading to it hitting my stop loss. If possible, I can consider making another trade at the next order block level, but that also requires my HTF Bias to be correct. Afterward, I went back and revisited modules 3 and 4 to improve my understanding of HTF Bias.
