Exploration too aiding in identity shifting (moving through transitions of beliefs, fears and programming).
When we are moving into a new frequency, shifting identities, releasing old patterns, beliefs and moving through fear. Our nervous system becomes triggered by our subconscious belief that it’s “not safe” outside the familiar. This deregulation causes subconscious programming to pipe up and tell us why we shouldn’t while our nervous systems falls into the void between familiar and the unknown (new patterns). Here is a tool to move through self observation with curiosity and explore diverse perspectives beyond the constraints of our subconscious. Remember your subconscious is not an enemy this is your image safety mechanism doing its job and your nervous system is guided by your sense of safety and inter woven your trust. As always tools are expressions this is not you find answers beyond yourself. Tools are expressions of our power when we return within. This is a simple guided observation and exploration exercise you may with to explore through, journaling, drawing, mirror work, internal dialogue or in any way you feel called. Start by creating a safe space to welcome your inner guidance to express. You may with to ground through breathing, somatic movement, visualisation, mediation or purely through intention. Begin by exploring the fears of the change that you want. 1.”What if……?” For example if you are working to honour yourself by setting boundaries. The fear maybe that the boundaries mean you will lose those you care about. You maybe experiencing secondary gain we can self sabotage where we fear consequences or we perceive some benefit to our behaviour. In this example by not honouring yourself own boundaries or maybe not instating them at all you feel you maintain security in those around you (despite the energetic imbalance that isn’t benefiting you) . The exploration may look like: “What if I set boundaries and our shared journey concludes” Then exploring perceived recovery 2. “This is when …………. returns”. For this same example, this maybe that you build security in your relationship with self & others who align enter your field. You may experience doubt but this is an observation allow to follow any perspectives there are no right or wrong answers in exploring possibilities.

Wow, I was pondering this exact example just last night! I was juggling between the wants of two people who constantly request and expect things from me, as well as trying to mediate between them. Being a people pleaser, I naturally try to attend to everyone's needs, but last night they clashed, meaning that I couldn't tend to both of them to the extent that they wanted me to, despite trying. This left all three of us unhappy because I neither of them got what they wanted, and I felt guilty and stressed for not fulfilling their "needs." I started to think about the imbalance within many of my relationships, where I certainly give more than I get, mostly because I don't ask for much and like to do things independently. This caused me to feel some resentment towards them, until I realised that through my accepting of the way they treat me, I consistently enable their behaviour, so it is really my responsibility to set boundaries that I feel comfortable with. This isn't a new idea to me, but something that I have intended on working on several times, but am yet to take the right steps towards changing the situation. My last attempt involved writing myself a note and sticking it on my bedroom wall that said "Do you have time for yourself?" This has been useful as a reminder that my needs are important and that my time should not be taken for granted by others, but I get stuck in knowing how to change things. I feel disappointed with my own self-abandonment and see the pattern that needs to change, but I feel like the only way to do that is by confronting people individually, which they will not respond well to, leaving me switching between feeling bad for taking a stand, and feeling resentful about their response. If anyone has any experience with this sort of thing, I would love to hear thoughts and suggestions from you about it!
