This is a decree that I like to say daily. It is using the power of the Violet Flame of St. Germaine to purify you aura/energy and raise your energy. The imagine is a great picture showing your earthly self and your Divine/Higher Self (in higher dimensions) that you can invoke and ask for assistance and guidance . Try it and do this visualization and come back and let me know how it is for you. The more you do meditation, energy work and intentionally focus, the more you will become sensitive to feeling energy and working with it more consciously.

Sorry but lonely but not alone is how I’ve felt my WHOLE life. No one ever gets me. But also because of the journey I’m on people tend to fall to the wayside too, which always made me sad, but I realise now that’s ALL part of growth. And I am ALL for deep conversation. I dislike immensely small talk. I cannot abide being asked what it is I do!!! Like that’s the be all and end all of us. We are multi-faceted. Hello Community and THANK YOU, Shanika! I’m Suzanne. I was born in London and have lived all over the UK, having spent my formative years in North Devon, (in the South West of England), where I was lucky enough to grow up right by the Atlantic Ocean in a small village called Westward Ho! (The only place in the world to have an exclamation point in its name!) I can say that I have lived all over due to the fact I have run away from a lot of life’s trials and tribulations. I finally settled, (for the time being), and I live on the West Coast of Scotland and I’ve been lucky enough to be able to call this magical mystical place home since 2012. I have a 7 year-old who attends a Gaelic school - keeping the Scottish language alive! Although I’ve always considered myself somewhat spiritual, I started my deep-dive into my own spiritual journey and working on myself and old wounds etc around two years ago, properly. Since starting this journey there have been so many massive changes in my world and at such quick succession that I know I’m on the right path and I know that it’s because I’ve fully immersed myself into and given myself to the earth, the universe and beyond. I had followed Shanika for a while on instagram after I saw a few of her videos appear on my feed, (I guess I can thank the algorithms sometimes), and I love everything she stood for and spoke and speaks about; it resonated so much with me. I couldn’t not follow her into this space! I feel so stuck in a society that I don’t think fits me and really never has plus seeing how many of my friends and family have become sick and broken from basically believing we have to work ourselves to death to become anything. I’ve never subscribed to this and always felt like an outsider for questioning these things. I always longed for something more, something less confining and much freer than the systems we’ve been placed into. I want community so much and just the way this world currently works it’s getting harder and harder. I can honestly see myself living within the eco-village set-up that Shanika has spoken about. I can see that this is the way forward and it’s something that needs ALL the energy from us ALL to make work.
