Would love to see a course focused on compliance fundamentals for mobile IV therapy, things like: • MSO/PC structuring and the line between administrative vs. clinical operations • Medical Director standing orders: what they need to cover, how they’re structured, when they need to be updated • 1099 vs. W-2 classification specifically for mobile nursing (this comes up constantly and I’ve seen wildly different approaches) • State-by-state Patient Brokering Act / anti-kickback considerations for referral partnerships (planners, venues, hotels, etc.) • Inventory ownership, lot tracking, and recall-readiness for compounded medications stored off-site • What actually needs LegitScript certification vs. what doesn’t (Google Ads, etc.)
