One Small Health & Wellness Tweak
Happy Monday! 😍 It's the start of a new week, which means it's a great time to think about one small way we can start changing our health for the better this week.💃🚶‍♀️ So what is one small change, or tweak, that you could incorporate into your life this week that would help elevate you towards your ultimate health and wellness goal? This can be anything from: - adding in some extra spices when you cook - adding in an extra vegetable each day to one or more meals - walking a few extra steps each day - going to bed 15 minutes earlier - turning off your devices sooner before bed - drinking more water - going outside for 15 minutes in the morning For me, I'm going to work on incorporating more strength training each day. The plan is to add in 10 to 15 minutes. 💪 So.... What's your goal?! 🤔🥳

One Positive Health Aspect This Week 🤔😍
Happy Wednesday everyone! It's the middle of the week and I wanted to do a check in to see how everyone is feeling this week so far. What has been one positive health win for you this week? 💪 It can be anything small or big. Have you been moving more? Going to bed a little bit earlier? Drinking a little less wine? Adding in an extra vegetable or two each day? Drinking more water? Getting outside a little bit more each day for that wonderful vitamin D? It’s a hip flex that allows the periformis to be stretched since I’m unable to do the typical one. I’m finding this is helping my mobility quite a bit

@Shanah Bell I am taking the magnesium & 5 HTP by Jarrow. I sleep a bit better since starting these. I wake up in pain several times a night
Myers Briggs Personality Type & How it can affect Health & Wellness
As I was editing my personal Skool profile, I ran across a section asking for my Myers Briggs personality type. I know I had done it years ago but really couldn't remember what the heck it was. So, I just retook the test HERE and got that I am an INTJ. Which, of course, I know remember because it is inherently me! What I find interesting now, on this continued path for growth and insight into how my business should be structured for maximal impact in the global health and wellness space, is just how much of these traits have directly impacted so many aspects of my life. This is especially true of my work life and with regard to social emotional connections. I've attached screenshots so that you can take a look at all of the good, bad and ugly of my specific MB personality traits. And these are totally spot on with me! My question to you is this: if you've ever taken this test, have the results opened your eyes to struggles you may have had throughout your life in some aspect of the health and wellness front? If so, what have they been and how can we take these personality trait insights and turn them into positives instead of negatives? ➕➖ I'd love to hear all of your thoughts on this because I find it to be a very interesting topic! 🤓

I like you took that test years ago and I’m having trouble remembering what I am. I think I’m introverted judgmental feeling and intuitive. Knowing you, I agree, it is spot on. However, I would not have guessed you to be that introverted. You have such a warm and outgoing personality from the first moment I met you and you introduced yourself and asked me to join you for dinner and you have been a blessing to me ever since. I would love to take it again. I looked and couldn’t find it on the site. Can you tell me where I could find it please?
