What is it that keeps you out of the kitchen? Is it time? overwhelmed? no idea of what to cook?? What would make it easier to start? Would a meal plan help?? Let me know...

Maybe just 5 a week. You are going to have a couple of nights where life gets in the way of cooking. But yes, prep for the meals done so you can grab ingredients and get it together fast/easily. (I just hate the daily clean up of prep tools and the time to do prep). And planning/storage so stuff stays good until it is used in the plan.

I don’t mind the cooking daily with fresh ingredients! Proteins usually are not as good cooked then reheated.
