Maybe just 5 a week. You are going to have a couple of nights where life gets in the way of cooking. But yes, prep for the meals done so you can grab ingredients and get it together fast/easily. (I just hate the daily clean up of prep tools and the time to do prep). And planning/storage so stuff stays good until it is used in the plan.
