Affordable is a relative term. I know a woman from my dance community who once posted a complaint about the price of groceries going up and how it’s getting harder to afford groceries. A day a two later she was posting the family trip to the beach, I believe they may own a second home there because it’s not uncommon for her family to enjoy beach vacations. I would rewrite her original comment to say it’s getting harder to take vacations, but that wouldn’t illicit as much sympathy as groceries. I guess my point is when you are used to living a certain lifestyle you feel the pain of having to change and rethink your priorities. You have said before when things get tight what goes out of the budget.
