This video discusses some of the ideas behind my desire to help people align their inner being to its first place position. Most of humanity is trained to focus on the outer world of appearances over what the truth that is real and located inside them is say. The external world is formed around our true self with such thick layers that it skews and distorts self perception. Listen and watch the video a couple times and make sure you are simply listening. There is nothing to change or do...just be and ask yourself if you would be willing to choose heart coherence over approval from others. Let your nervous system relax and simply be still and know you have an awareness within that desires to express itself authentically.
