Ducks beat the kings, got an upper body workout and an hour on the treadmill to a broadway strut playlist. 🙌
Rest-ish, but still productive
Did 18 minutes on this weird lymphatic drainage roll shaper thing and then did a little over and hour on the treadmill while Jurassic World was playing in the movie cardio room…. I think they should program the treadmills/bikes/stair steppers to the movies they show…
1st full workout at Muggle Gym
1st full workout at the muggle gym since November 1st (hamstring got pulled on November 3rd) it was all uppper body but was able to go through 90% of my full body mobility/warm up. Finished with 35 minutes on the bike (6miles)
Moar Steppy Steps
2nd night in a row, a little over 7000 steps while watching the Ducks game. Might not be the safest to be on the walking pad while watching hockey…. I get a bit animated and fell off once… I’m fine.
Steppy steps
Did 1 hour on my walking pad (limited cause it will over heat) while watching Wicked part 1 last night. About 7500 steps. I used to be a lot better at it when I was watching TV more/making time for it, but this was my first time walking this long after my hamstring pull 2 weeks ago. I’ve been told I could go back to doing pole/aerial possibly next week
