To know even at a standstill, I can still rejoice in joy and know that it will be okay. How can you create space for joy in your daily rhythm? Be being happy on my own, it shouldn't come only when someone or something brings you joy. Always think positive and never let someone ruin your self happiness. When was the last you allowed yourself to simply smile and breathe? Everyday. I choose self love every time, and with it, comes joy. Positive energy attracts and reflects, which makes every and anything around you joyous and positive.

When I'm too frustrated with certain things, the stillness of peace invites me in, to calm myself so my heart can be in peace before I say my next words or have my next action. How do you protect your peace when life feels uncertain? I reflect on the person I want to be and think, stay calm and know the more I push myself and breathe, the closer I get to be the person I want to become. What would it feel like to let peace guide your next decision? It most definitely feels inviting, calm, strong yet subtle, but most of all it feels like a trust within you that you know is right and that it can be trusted.
