@Gary Bremermann thanks for the post. You are so right about post-show follow-up. Trade Shows have changed so much over the years. Most staff in the booth have nothing to do with follow-up. They are at the show to collect leads then post show follow-up is a totally different game that goes to the companies in-house sales, marketing team.
