Thanks Richard for posting this video, I agree that 97% of our thoughts are useless, and also liked the idea of referring to the mind and heart and feeling the expansiveness to help make decisions!! Eckhart frequently talks about going past the thinking mind, transcending the stream of thinking. Is meditation the best way to achieve this state?
